Tune-in Online and on the Air for the "Houston Luxury Home Show"
We go into the studio for our inaguaral show featuring a discussion about the new "Houston Luxury Home Show". Steven Kay of Steve Kay Media moderated the first show, introducing the concept of the programming that affords and in-studio radio dialogue and a made for TV webisode that showcases a top builder, $750K and above.
Steve Levine was on-hand to launch the first show and discuss the luxury market and the dynamics and range of discussion in this sector. Bruce Kink of Keller Williams The Woodlands was also present to discuss the luxury market in more detail and the lifestyles of prominent Houstonians. Andy Valadez, Executive Vice President of Steve Levine Real Estate Media and President of Marketing Dynamics explained the converged and integrated media platform involving photography, radio, web, video, networking, and search marketing. Reggie Kerr, top sales manager for Condosmart Realty and owner of R and R Corporate Accomodations will host the TV segments with her lively creativity and unique vision of showcasing the lives of the wealthy in the Houston market. "I want people to dream the dream and then live it," says Ms. Kerr.
Listeners and viewers are encouraged to listen to or watch the radio show from their computers or on the radio and then review the TV feature (downloadable or viewable from the web).
Our crews went on location in Windsor Park Lakes to feature a $1.6M luxury home belonging to the Simonds family in Katy, Texas. This wonderful home built by Charles Campise, Sr. of Campise Homes, Inc. will showcase the vision he had for his future homeowner (at the time, making it the most expensive home at Windsor Park Lakes).

HOUSTON, TX - Steve Levine, Publisher of Real Estate Executive Magazine and President of Steve Levine Real Estate Media, LLC recently announced the addition of the “Houston Luxury Home Show” to their line-up of broadcast media.
Steve is also the host of “Houston Real Estate TODAY!” (Houston’s Most Informative Real Estate Radio Talk Show) which airs on CNN 650 AM in the Houston market and is on-line for others to hear outside of the Houston market on www.HoustonRealEstateToday.com “The “Houston Luxury Home Show” will be a radio/web/TV show concept featuring a leading host and co-host to discuss the many business dynamics of the luxury home market”, announced Andy Valadez, Executive Vice President of Steve Levine Real Estate Media. The program will be launched sometime in April and will be broadcast on 1070 KNTH radio on Saturdays in the 3:00pm time slot.
“We are working to create a themed radio/web concept that will attract listeners and viewers, industry professionals, and buyers to a show that discusses important issues concerning the Houston luxury home real estate market, $500K and above,” added Andy.
The one hour show will be archived on a new website/blog in streaming audio and listed on Podcast directories for others to find. The show will be shot in professional video to be placed on video stream resources or some other media platforms. The “Houston Luxury Home Show” will also be promoted in Real Estate Executive magazine and Builder/Architect magazines and “Houston Real Estate TODAY!” radio show. The features and archives on the main website will be listed by category and burned into various blog directories (i.e., Technorati.com, Digg.com, Twitter.com, StumbleUpon.com, BlogCatalog.com, Feedburner.com, etc.) The show will be supported by Steven Kay Media programs.
